The client conducted radon testing in his garage due to the significant amount of time he spends working in this area of his home. The test results indicated radon levels exceeding 4.0 pCi/L, prompting him to seek mitigation solutions. To address this, we installed a depressurization system, running horizontally through the exterior of the footer to access the area beneath the concrete slab for optimal suction.
